This is what I collect, why, and what happens to it. Short version: I keep what I need to send you what you bought, I don't sell any of it, and you can leave any time.

What I collect

  • Your name and email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter, book a call, or buy a Reset.
  • For the self-guided Reset: the Day 1 date you pick and your time zone, so the emails land on the right morning.
  • For the 1:1 Reset: your answers on the intake form, so our first session starts from real context.
  • Payment is handled by the checkout provider (ThriveCart and Stripe). I see that you paid and what you bought. I never see your card number.
  • Basic site analytics through Google Analytics: pages visited, roughly where from, nothing that names you.

What I do with it

  • Send you the Reset emails, the practices, and anything else you signed up for.
  • Reply when you write to me.
  • Send the weekly newsletter, if you subscribed to it. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • Look at which pages people visit so I can make them better.

What I don't do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • Share it with anyone outside the tools that run this business (below).
  • Add you to the newsletter because you bought a Reset. The two are separate unless you opt in.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. I chose them because they're established and I trust them with my own information.

How long I keep it

As long as you're subscribed or a client, and a reasonable period after so I can answer questions about your purchase. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, except what I have to keep for tax and payment records.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
  • Email [email protected] to see what I have, correct it, or have it deleted.
  • You can ask me not to send anything at all, and I won't.

Children

The Reset is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, I'll say so at the top with the date. The current version is dated October 30, 2026.
